The TDI Certificate in the Fundamentals of Value-Based Health Care
A collective, fundamental transformation in organizational culture is needed to drive the innovative strategies and processes that will reform the delivery of health care. Educating the whole enterprise—all levels of the health care workforce—is essential to achieve critical assessment of current care models, identify new methodologies, and successfully integrate improved practices on the front lines of care.
TDI is dedicated to fostering value-based improvement of health care delivery—achieving better outcomes for the same or lower costs—that is both scientifically and ethically sound, and sustainable. The TDI Certificate prepares health care professionals to understand and navigate the challenges of patient-centered, high-value health care. Courses, led by TDI faculty, are learner-focused—our faculty work with you to address your professional learning needs.
The certificate is comprised of the six fully online sequential courses (see courses at right). Certificate courses are designed and taught by the same faculty who teach in TDI's masters programs. The certificate is a cohort-based program limited to 25 participants per cohort.
Each course is approximately 5 - 8 weeks in length. Courses are a combination of live virtual sessions, weekly readings, assignments, and video lectures. Each course has a website where you will access all course materials.
The Certificate costs a total of $7,475. There are 2 payment options:
